Orientation Program

The aim of the RMH undergraduate nurse program is to provide learning opportunities for undergraduate nurses in an acute and sub acute care clinical setting, with a supportive environment.

This is the opportunity for you to consolidate your knowledge and work towards clinical competency. Clinical education and supervision may be facilitated by university clinical teachers, ward-based preceptors and staff, and/or a ward buddy system. This support will provide you with feedback about the development of your nursing knowledge and skills whilst in the practice setting.
