  Advanced Life Support (ALS) Course

The Royal Melbourne Hospital is proud to introduce the internationally recognised Resuscitation Council (UK) ALS Course onto the Eastern Seaboard of Australia. The course is jointly accredited between Resuscitation Council (UK) and the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC).

This two-day course has been developed to provide standardised teaching of cardiac arrest and resuscitation management. The aim is to teach the theory and practical skills to deal with peri-arrest situations and how to manage a full blown cardio-respiratory arrest. The course will prepare individuals to treat the patient until transferred to a critical care environment.
