| Support Groups |

|
Support Groups are of immense and continuing value to patients at the Royal Melbourne. They are people from all walks of life who get together to raise vital funds for the purchase of equipment.
Many are retired business professionals, parents, students, young people and senior citizens. They are very creative, and a constant source of ideas when it comes to different ways to raise funds.
Some of the Support Groups choose to support specific areas of the hospital. They provide patient support and target their fundraising to a specific ward, department or research unit within the hospital.
